Congratulations to all participants in the 2012 Global Round!

It was a truly epic weekend in Bangkok, bringing together 1,001 participants from over 100 schools across the world. Check out the complete results and the team and individual qualifiers for the upcoming Tournament of Champions at Yale University.

New to the World Scholar's Cup?

It's not just a competition, it's a celebration of learning. Each year teams explore a new, global theme, and then participate in tournaments all around the world.  

Competitive events at each round include Debate, Writing, Challenge, and Scholar's Bowl.

Community events include student forums, expert panels, debate showcases, scavenger hunts, and the infamous Scholar's Ball. 

Teams can form at schools or independently, in junior or senior divisions.
